SELLERS INSPECTION

Thinking of selling your home? A Seller's inspection will virtually eliminate all the hassles a buyers inspection causes and may be the key to selling your house:

No more renegotiations on the contract.
No more broken deals when the home inspector finds a  "major problem".

No more will the real estate agent spend countless hours, money, and energy on advertising to get a contract that crumbles by surprise defects.

Knowing the true condition of your home when initially listing creates enormous benefits:

It will allow you to think about what items should be fixed and what should not.
It will justify your price or may convince you to adjust it whether higher or lower.
It will be full disclosure which would create trust from a prospective buyer and it will also

be protection for the Seller and Agent.

It streamlines the process. What a simplified way to sell your house.

Before listing the home or after the listing is signed, a Seller's inspection is performed. If significant issues or defects are found, there will be an obvious disappointment, but no panic or regret. No deal about to go bad.  The Agent will review the issues with the Seller and will determine if this listing is "AS IS" with full disclosure, or if any repairs need correcting to expedite the sale. The Seller then corrects any troubled areas and calls for a re-inspection of the home. The home inspector returns to clean up the report and uploads the revised report to the Internet for your web listing link.

A Buyer enters a contract agreement with the Seller. The Buyer will choose to trust the home inspection or will have another inspection performed. The transaction proceeds as planned. Everyone is happy.
