CONDO INSPECTION

   A condo inspection is a little different from a standard home inspection because it typically excludes the roof, exterior, attic, or any area that the HOA is responsible for. This type of inspection is cheaper than your standard inspection because we normally only inspect what the buyer will be responsible for. If the home is full of personal belongings, It's important that the inspectors have access to major systems of the home such as panel boxes, A/C equipment, and water heaters. If the A/C compressor for the unit is located on the roof, the HOA typically supplies a key or a representative so that we can check that too.
